Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by you

• You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is shipped.
• To cancel, email support@sellzone.in with your order ID, or use the Cancel button in your order history.
• Once the order is handed to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may still refuse delivery or raise a return per our Refund Policy.

2. Refund on cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation by SellZone

We may cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:

• The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
• Pricing or product information errors.
• The shipping address is outside our serviceable area.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or non-compliance with our Terms.

In every such case, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
