Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your SellZone product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a refund, or within 15 daysfor a replacement, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions below.

2. Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • The original invoice must be available.
  • Products marked "non-returnable" on the product page are excluded.
  • Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, liquid contact, or unauthorised repair are not eligible.

3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@sellzone.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a short unboxing video. We will arrange a free pickup and a full replacement or refund.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email support@sellzone.in with your order ID and reason.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility within 24 business hours.
  3. We will schedule a free reverse pickup with our logistics partner.
  4. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check (within 3 business days), we initiate the refund.

5. Refund timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • UPI / wallets: 1–3 business days after approval.
  • Debit / credit cards: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Net banking: 5–7 business days after approval.

If you don't see the refund after the stated period, please contact your bank with the Razorpay refund reference we share with you.

6. Non-refundable charges

Shipping fees (if any) and Cash-on-Delivery handling charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
