These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SellZone website and the purchase of any products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
SellZone is a brand operating in India that designs and sells mobile accessories.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from us.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.
- In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, suspected fraud, or address outside our serviceable area).
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Please review our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. They form part of these Terms.
7. Warranty
All SellZone products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or normal wear and tear.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, product names, images, copy — belongs to SellZone or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellZone's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
