Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via our logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are indicative timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, transport disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (where available) carries an additional ₹49 handling charge.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking link and AWB number. You can also view tracking in your order history.
6. Undeliverable / RTO orders
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery), we will contact you to re-ship (additional charges may apply) or refund the order value minus shipping and COD charges.
